Cobweb CRN cloud services provider of the year

Cobweb is proud to announce that last night - Thursday 14 November - Cobweb won CRN’s Cloud Services Provider of the Year award.

CRN is the leading UK publication covering developments and news in the IT industry, and so this is a hugely prestigious award to have been given, particularly as it’s awarded in recognition of “excellence in the delivery of solutions, service and support to end user customers”.

Specific targets we had to meet included ensuring that we help customers meet business objectives, improve efficiency, reduce costs and achieve premium ROI on their IT investment. And, so we’re absolutely delighted to receive this recognition.

Cobweb has been in the cloud for over 20 years, and we’re continually developing and evolving our portfolio of products, solutions and services, along with our expertise and skills, to ensure that we’re offering our customers the very best in the marketplace.

Our recent launch of Microsoft Business Voice is an example, and giving the small to medium size business organisation the opportunity to implement a complete phone system integrated into the Office 365 Teams hub. We put a priority on our deep relationship with Microsoft, and were fortunate to have been chosen to work with the Microsoft Teams product group for almost a year prior to release of the solution. Through doing so, our teams have been able to develop a thorough and comprehensive understanding of the capabilities of the solution, and which is expertise invaluable when advising our customers - and Business Voice is already attracting major interest across our customer base.

Cloud is the way for the business of today to maintain its competitive edge - and at Cobweb we will strive to continue to deliver “excellence” in the form of solutions, service, and support to our customers.
