Cobweb shortlisted for two 2020 CRN Channel awards

We’re looking forward to the CRN channel Awards 2020 event on Thursday 12 November 2020. It’s a digital event this year, due to the various restrictions – but it should still be a fun and entertaining evening.

Having won CRN Cloud Services Provider of the Year in 2019, we’re delighted to have been shortlisted for this category once again, along with also having been shortlisted for SMB Reseller of the Year.

The year 2020 has been challenging for every business, no matter their industry sector, and with many having to change their way of working virtually overnight to embrace lockdown and socially distancing restrictions.

Cloud solutions have paved the way to enable businesses to support remote working, and at Cobweb we’ve been determined to help our customers in every way possible, from advising on the most appropriate services and solutions to meet their specific needs through to ensuring that each customer understands and is using those services and solutions to their full potential. For example, we’ve been running free virtual Microsoft 365 Teams training sessions, with more than 1,500 people having attended over the past few months.

And so, we’re particularly gratified to have been shortlisted for these awards, as criteria for entry focuses on the value of services and support provided to customers.
