Third-Party Backup Recommendation Acknowledgement

Cobweb do not currently provide a backup solution for your Microsoft 365 data.

As your IT provider, it is our responsibility to make sure you are aware that:

  • Microsoft provides a limited level of backup which is primarily in case of service failure on their end.
  • Individual organisations are responsible for ensuring ongoing backup and protection of their Microsoft data.

This is why we recommend that all customers have a third-party backup solution in place.
