Please follow these step by step instructions to change the frequency of your Acronis data backups.
1. Log in to your Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud portal and go to the main dashboard (it should look similar to the example below).
2. In the left-hand menu, click Management.
3. From the dropdown under Management, select Cloud Applications & Backup.
4. You’ll now see a list of items currently being backed up.
- Click on the item you want to edit the frequency of, or use the checkboxes to select multiple items.
- A menu will appear on the right side of the screen (similar to the image below).
5. In that menu, click edit and then find the row labelled Schedule with a dropdown arrow. Click it, choose your desired backup frequency, and then click Save Changes.
