- E3 and E5 plans offer the possibility to increase OneDrive storage beyond the default 1 TB.
- To qualify for an increase to 5 TB, your organisation must have at least 5 users with OneDrive Plan 2 licenses, and at least one user must have utilised 90% or more of their 1 TB storage.
If your business exceeds 5TB, you’ll need to contact Microsoft to discuss further storage options. However, for most businesses, 1TB per user is more than enough for daily file management.
2. What’s the Difference Between Microsoft 365 and Office 365?
The terms Microsoft 365 and Office 365 can be confusing, but the distinction is straightforward.
