Head of Sales

Role Purpose

Through business development activities and a structured sales process, meet and exceed new business margin targets. This is a senior role within the Sales Team and as such must be an experienced, self-motivated individual who is able to showcase excellent sales and customer skills.

This is a full-time role based at our office in Fareham but may require travel to industry and company events. Customers are mainly UK based but some international travel may be required.

Ideal Candidate

In this senior role within the Sales Team, the primary responsibility is to meet and exceed new business margin targets through business development activities and a structured sales process. The ideal candidate is an experienced, initiative-taking individual with excellent sales and customer skills.
