Cloud Transformation is the process of moving IT infrastructure, applications, and services from traditional on-premise environments to cloud-based computing environments.
Regardless of whether you’re at the start of your journey to the cloud, or if you’re looking to further-optimise your infrastructure and become fully cloud-only, we’re here to help with advice and consultancy, as well as migration projects and the management and optimisation of your cloud infrastructure.
We’ve been on our own Cloud Transformation strategy – so we know a thing or two about what makes a project successful, and what to avoid. Our tried and tested strategy is based on four stages, which you can find out more about below.
The initial stage of the journey starts with our Cloud Transformation Workshop. This includes a two-day review of your current setup and configuration.
We’ll review your networks, client devices, server infrastructure, applications and cloud services, while investigating your current dependencies, as well as your business challenges and future goals.
Following this, we’ll produce a report outlining the recommended design, key considerations, migration paths and project costs, licensing and ongoing optimisation.
Once we’ve completed a thorough review of your current environment, we’ll work with you to move your Identity, Email, Data, Voice, Applications and EndPoints to the cloud, through either a Direct to Cloud or Hybrid-First approach.
Our process works to ensure:
We can manage your cloud environment so you have peace of mind that everything is running as it should be.

The fastest route to a fully-cloud environment, a Direct to Cloud approach is suitable for organisations who have less on-premises dependencies.
The Hybrid-First approach is a slower route to a fully-cloud setup, but is more suitable for organisation’s who have a lot of dependencies with on-premise applications.
