
Microsoft has announced end of support dates for Windows 7 of 14 January 2020, and for Office 2010, 13 October 2020.

The majority of Microsoft products have a support lifecycle, during which Microsoft provides fixes for bugs and security issues. The end of a product's lifecycle is referred to as the products end of support (EOS).
Following 14 January 2020 and 13 October 2020 respectively, Microsoft will discontinue support for Windows 7 and Office 2010, to include end of provision of updates, bug and security fixes.
