Cobweb wins Mimecast MSP Partner of the Year Award

Cobweb is delighted to have been awarded Mimecast’s first MSP (Managed Services Provider) Partner of the Year Award for the UK and Ireland – a newly created category, measuring new business value, brand advocacy, account management, and joint marketing activities.

Mimecast Award

Mimecast Vice President UK and Northern Europe, Johnny Ansell hosted Mimecast’s annual award ceremony at The Brewery, Chiswell Street, London, on Thursday 24 May 2018, with partners also joining Mimecast for evening celebrations at the CRN Fight Night.

“Cobweb demonstrated exceptional sales and brand advocacy that highlighted how together we can respond to new customer requirements for the evolving threat landscape,” said Johnny Ansell. “Our MSP programme is critical to the development of the channel ecosystem and we look forward to another year of successful partnerships.”

Michael Frisby, Cobweb MD, (pictured receiving the award alongside Cobweb COO, Jeremy Drew) says, “Ensuring the security of our customers when they move to the cloud is central to Cobweb’s solution philosophy.

“Our partnership with Mimecast is a key component of the cloud solutions we deliver for customers and it is fantastic to be recognised by Mimecast as their MSP Partner of the Year.

“The award recognises the deep capabilities the Cobweb teams have in the Mimecast portfolio and the quality of our overall relationship.”

With Mimecast email archive solutions, it’s easy and cost-effective to archive emails in the cloud, enabling straightforward email search, easy retrieval for compliance purposes and business use, and the ability to manage retention policies – along with the solutions able to be used as a source of business intelligence.
