I’m excited to announce that I’ve become a mentor for The Channel Community, a newly established organisation that supports people working in the IT industry through providing the opportunity to work with a mentor.

The Channel Community’s goal is to connect people across the industry to enable everyone to meet their full potential. This means, in turn, that the leaders of these IT businesses are receiving the support and advice they need to be able to create, develop and deliver the best in product, solution and service.

Established in 2021, a guiding principle for the Community is that, “Dealing with the challenges of today requires problem-solvers who bring different perspectives and are willing to take risks. The Channel Community emerged out of a pursuit to inspire and support the IT Channel, through mentoring, collaboration and a desire for actions to speak louder than words.” The Community website goes on to say, “We’re an organisation driven by progressive ideas, bold actions, and a strong foundation of support.

At Cobweb, learning and personal development are central values for the business, and I’m really looking forward to working with individuals who share that passion for wanting to be the best version of themselves on each and every day, and to achieve their goals.
