What's more, a new Team template feature allows IT administrators create pre-defined, best-practice Team templates. Also, new from Microsoft, are ready-to-use industry specific templates that cater to sectors such as education and retail.
First line in the mobile front line
First line workers can now achieve more with Microsoft Teams thanks to powerful mobile features including location sharing and smart camera. This great new mobile experience is fully customizable so first line workers can adjust to their own circumstances.
The already superb functionality of Microsoft bots has gotten even slicker with new updates which include creating 1:1 chats with specified users and bringing up a list of channels within a team.
