LightUp 365 – online on-demand training to drive adoption and usage of Office 365

Cobweb is delighted to be partnering with LightUp 365, delivering on-demand video support and training to enable users to get the most from Microsoft Office 365.

LightUp 365 offers libraries categorised according to application, and comprising 2,000+ out-of-the-box, fully searchable, bite-sized ‘how-to’ videos integrated into the Office 365 experience.

The tutor forum utilises just-in-time (JIT) learning, defined as when training is available on-demand, integrated into the application supported. This method has been proven to be efficient and practical, as well as cost-effective, removing the need for formal training with the associated time and cost burden.

Training is available for all Office 365 applications, and LightUp undertakes to develop and deploy material as quickly as possible following release of new Office 365 features, and to revise training for existing applications to reflect major updates.

Businesses can customise the user experience, developing learning paths and campaigns, as well as creating libraries to host their own training materials, and administrators/trainers can track what users have/haven't watched to monitor training requirements.
