Following the success of the webinar, "Are you ready for GDPR in 10 questions? on 22 June, our webinar host – independent GDPR Implementation Consultant Pierre Wesphal – has created a GDPR readiness programme.

With less than a year to go to 25 May 2018 when the General Data Protection Regulation comes into effect, demand for help with meeting GDPR requirements continues to grow – choose the support level that’s right for you!

Test your GDPR readiness with our 15-point survey

Pierre Westphal has created a 15-key point survey to test your current state of readiness, with the Cobweb Team taking you through the questions for Pierre to evaluate.

GDPR workshops – 3 hours

Workshops are particularly suitable for businesses who have yet to start GDPR implementation, and any customers scoring less than 50 percent on the survey.

The agenda will cover legal and business risks, and new data requirements, with examples and case studies.

A workshop is also a useful step to complete before moving on to a GDPR Assessment.

  • Open workshops (10 maximum): £150 pp
  • Corporate workshops: £1,400 per day
  • GDPR Assessment (£1,500 per day)
  • Assessments have been created to support customers scoring over 50 percent in the survey, and businesses with a good level of GDPR awareness and state of readiness.

The programme for the day will include:

  • a review of existing or planned data processing activities with internal stakeholders
  • Creation of data flow maps by system and by process
  • Identification of compliance risks customers will be provided with a guidance and go to market report.
  • GDPR Clinic (£1,500 per day)

This dedicated one-day clinic is aimed at businesses with a good standard of GDPR awareness and readiness, and will guide through and coach on five separate topics:

  • Data assessment
  • DPIA (data protection impact assessment) and sensitive data
  • Privacy by design
  • Data transfer
  • Contracting a processor
  • Additional Consulting Day (£1,100 per day)

Assessment days and clinics can be extended, depending on individual need.

if you’d like to attend a workshop but can’t make 26 July as well as to book a survey call or to register for either of the workshops on 26 July – 9 AM-12 PM or 2 PM-5 PM.
