Cobweb is delighted to announce a partnership with eSignature global leader DocuSign.

With Cobweb the first UK reseller to partner with the company, the Cobweb DocuSign offering will be an out-of-the box integration to Office 365, SharePoint and Dynamics 365.

eSignatures are formally recognised in legal proceedings, and by replacing manual signatures DocuSign replaces the printing, faxing, scanning and overnighting of paper documents with an easier, faster, and more efficient process.

DocuSign’s processes are legal, secure and offer a complete audit trail. The platform delivers a suite of services for all industries and departments, including sales, finance, HR, IT, legal, support, marketing, procurement and facilities across property management, technology, and construction companies.

DocuSign’s partnership with Microsoft Office 365 means that users benefit from a seamless, end-to-end transaction compliance management solution integrated into their most familiar and widely-used applications. For example, users can create and send a document for approval and signature in Word; send, receive, and sign attachments securely from within Outlook; sign, request a signature on, and track the status of documents in a SharePoint library; and save completed documents

Mark Register, senior vice president for business development and channels, DocuSign, says, “We’re thrilled to have Cobweb as part of the DocuSign Global Trust Network, bringing our trusted Digital Transaction Management and eSignature services to more customers throughout Europe.

“This partnership will empower customers to advance their digital transformations for faster speed to results, increased productivity, and a better end user experience.”

Michael Frisby, Cobweb MD, adds, “The productivity gains that a business can achieve from digitising their processes are profound.

“DocuSign’s solutions are a simple way to extend digital functionality throughout a business to immediately speed processes, remove errors and provide value to customers and suppliers alike. For example, introducing digital signatures in to any organisation’s sales process can save days of elapsed time per order while creating a far better customer experience.”

The DocuSign Global Trust Network has more than 250,000 companies and 100 million+ users across 188 countries. DocuSign’s offering is entirely mobile and multi-lingual, and is fully tracked and auditable.
