We’re delighted to announce that last week we received CloudBlue’s Hyperscale Platform 2018 award – presented within their Innovation and Growth category, and awarded for the innovative deployment of our new control panel, Cobweb CORE.
Built on CloudBlue’s next-generation automation and billing systems, we wanted to create a more efficient buying experience for our customers. With businesses increasingly recognising the importance of ‘time to value’, the need for dynamic purchasing, optimisation and cost management is growing, and which require an effective delivery system. This is the purpose for developing the Cobweb CORE control panel, powered by CloudBlue.
As a company, we place high priority in investing in technology, to deliver the best possible service to our customers, and many of our customers are already taking advantage of the platform’s cutting- edge features. We’ll be continuing to evolve and develop the platform’s capabilities, as we’ll be continuing to increase the number of solutions and services we offer through the panel – providing not only a dynamic multi-vendor catalogue, but also a dynamic, on demand and transformative buying experience.
Buying IT and cloud services should not be difficult, and we’re not only focused on reducing the complexity of doing so for customers, but on ensuring that businesses are able to purchase what they need now, not what they might need at some future date.
Our MD, Michael Frisby – pictured far right – commented on receiving the award at CloudBlue’s customer event CloudBlue Connect 2018, “We’re dedicated to creating the best possible experience for our customers, and to ensuring that we’re providing the best possible marketplace platform and end-to-end services. “We pride ourselves on our innovative approach, and so, it’s wonderful to have been presented with an award for innovation – and we’d also like to congratulate O2 and Advania as fellow Innovation and Growth award winners.”
CloudBlue has customers in over 45 countries, with their software utilised by more than 200 of the world’s largest cloud marketplaces, and promote their platform as enabling customers to “streamline cloud operations, save time and money, and revolutionize their businesses overnight.” Cobweb was the first company to build a CloudBlue platform on Microsoft Azure, and it’s been fantastic to receive the feedback from customers and learn of the benefits they’re experiencing through using Cobweb CORE.
