Cobweb is delighted to have been recognised as a 2018 UK Partner Finalist.

Twenty-two years old, with a cloud-only heritage, Cobweb has transitioned from internet provider and website hoster, hosted exchange (HEX) and Lync, to a modern workplace provider, with three core GTM offers – helping customers improve productivity, secure their business and modernise their infrastructure.

With more than 5,000 customers and over 200,000 cloud users, Cobweb is committed to continuing to help all our customers achieve their business goals through digital transformation to a modern workplace based on Microsoft 365.

Cobweb customer iSalon’s story of migrating from HEX to Microsoft 365 is a perfect example of such a transformation, highlighted at the recent announcement of the enhanced Microsoft 365 Business solution. iSalon is already taking advantage of the enhanced security capabilities, including additional device management from Intune and content protection with Azure Information Protection.

Joe Macri, Microsoft VP, UK One Commercial Partner, congratulated Cobweb on being a finalist: “Each year we take great pride in recognising the success of our Partners and this year is no exception. We received a significant number of very high-quality entries for our UK Partner of the Year award, demonstrating the true breadth and scale of the Microsoft Partner Ecosystem.

“I am delighted that Cobweb is receiving this recognition, their understanding and commitment to CSP as a model for enabling our customers to utilise the Intelligent Cloud is truly valued and the company’s engagement in driving lifetime value for our customers deserves celebration.”

Michael Frisby, Cobweb Managing Director, says, “This recognition from Microsoft is wonderful news. It’s a proud moment to have the outcomes the Cobweb teams have helped our customers achieve recognised by Microsoft.

“We would also like to congratulate the other finalists: New Signature and Rackspace, and this year’s winner, Kainos and look forward to celebrating at Inspire in July.”
