Azure Stack Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) – Feature updates now Generally Available

  • Azure Stack HCI is a hyperconverged clustering solution that uses validated hardware to run virtualized workloads on-premises, making it easy for customers to consolidate aging infrastructure and connect to Azure for cloud services.

Azure Monitor Query Software Development Kit (SDK) – Now Generally Available

AVD Autoscale – In Preview

  • Azure Virtual Desktop autoscaling is now available in the Azure portal, in preview.
  • Autoscaling is used to power on or off AVD VMs to optimise running costs, based on day, time and session limits per host.
  • Previously autoscaling was implemented using scripts.
