Head of Marketing & Communications

Role Purpose

The Marketing Assistant role involves being adaptable to the needs of the business guided by the Head of Marketing & Communications. You will work closely with the other members of the Marketing Team to understand some of the aspects of their roles to develop your knowledge, skill set, and allow you to act as a backup should it be required.

As part of the role, it is important you develop your knowledge of the business, the industry and our vendors quickly to maximise the input you can have into projects. The role will include aspects of graphic design, event organisation, digital marketing, and other administrative duties.

Ideal Candidate

This role would suit someone creative with an understanding of design, who is looking to start or build upon their journey in Marketing and hoping to develop a fully rounded skill set. This is a full-time role based at our Head Office in Fareham, but may require travel to industry and company events
