Department: Technical Support
Location: Fareham, Hampshire
The role is to deliver a professional on-boarding and support service to our customers.
Within the Technical Support team you will work to respond effectively to Incidents, escalated Service Requests and the more technical Orders to meet the SLA’s and business KPI’s. You will do this by actively investigating, diagnosing and resolving incidents; supporting escalated service requests and actively managing the more technical services onto the platform ensuring the accurate administration of information to deliver customer satisfaction.
This is a full time position and is subject to shift patterns on a 24 hour rota system therefore flexibility in working hours is essential.
