The Vuzion product team is responsible for the enablement, packaging and maintenance of services from launch to retirement. i.e. using people, technology and systems to drive the commercial success of the Vuzion & Cobweb portfolio of services throughout their lifecycle.
The Product Marketing and eCommerce Manager is responsible for ensuring a positive reseller and customer experience across the service lifecycle for the Vuzion service portfolio and systems.
The role has four core responsibilities:
- The Vuzion reseller (inc. Cobweb) and reseller customer experience of any eCommerce enabled offers, product or service. How they are purchased, changed, cancelled or retired, the complete life cycle; the role is focused on enhancing the user experience and improving reseller and customer satisfaction.
- The production of a core “Bill of Materials” across the Vuzion service portfolio, working closely with the solution vendors. This content will then be used by Vuzion & Cobweb teams to produce appropriate content and documentation to ensure a good user experience and maximise product success.
- Develop and maintain a partner and customer facing view of the Vuzion Product Catalogue including requirements from Sales, Support and other internal teams.
- Develop and implement online eCommerce environments which are easy to use and integrate with the company’s automation and service management systems.
The Product Marketing and eCommerce Manager will work with the Group Marketing team to create contextual and targeted product content in an easy to understand way for partners and target customers. This collaboration will involve the recommendation and development of marketing campaigns and collateral to promote the adoption of new offers/products/services by the partner or customer and help deliver compelling positioning and go-to-market content.
This is a full-time position based from our Head Office in Fareham but will may require travel to other Vuzion offices, industry/company events, reseller and customer meetings or the delivery of EDGE training as required. This may include some occasional international travel.
